A relevant European qualification has a specific GMC route. Confirm the exact award, internship and supporting evidence. Registration is separate from NHS training allocation.
LSMU · DentistryEuropean qualification route
Check the exact listed EEA award. Current standstill arrangements have a June 2028 horizon; a new entrant must not assume the same route at graduation.
LSMU · PharmacyEuropean qualification route
The GPhC assesses the exact EU qualification and accompanying training evidence. Recognition and registration are separate; its remit is Great Britain, with PSNI responsible for Northern Ireland.

For the European route, EAEVE accreditation alone ceases to provide automatic recognition from January 2029. Check direct RCVS accreditation at graduation; the statutory examination may be needed.
